CreateStudio iOS Mobile Application ("The Service") is operated by Kurt Jacobs ("The Service Provider").
The Service Provider cares about privacy and your personal information and data, this document serves to indicate how your ("The User") personal data is collected, used and shared in accordance with the usage of "The Service". "The User" is free at any moment of their choosing to delete their account which will also remove their personal information and data from the backend services.
By accessing or using The Service -- in part of whole -- you agree to the terms this Privacy Policy.
Collected Information
Collected information can largely be distilled into two categories, personal information that you provide and activity data.
Personal Information That You Provide
Upon registration you provide The Service Provider with the following information:
Email Address
Password
You -- The User -- agree that The Service Provider may capture and store the aforementioned personal data in order to perform the following actions and/or provide the following services:
i) Contact them, with their permission, to resolve any irregularities whilst using The Service.
ii) Use of their email address to keep track of credit purchases and usage.
iii) Use of their email and password (stored in backend services) to authenticate the user.
Activity Data
When interacting with The Service The User will provide the following information that is used to provide the service as well as gather insights to improve The Service.

iii) Purchases Tracking
iv) Credit Usage Tracking
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have data protection rights that apply.
The User has the right to be informed about all data captured and held about them, if they would like to alter or remove their data they are encouraged to contact The Service Provider directly.
The User may have the following data protection rights where applicable:
The right to access, update or to delete the information The Service Provider has about you. If applicable, The User is able to access, update or request deletion of their Personal Data directly within the settings section. If The User is unable to perform these actions, they are encouraged to contact The Service Provider directly.
The right of rectification. The User has the right to have their information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
The User has the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data.
The right of restriction. The User has the right to request that processing of their personal information is restricted.
The right to data portability. The User has the right to be provided with a copy of their information in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.
The right to withdraw consent. The User also has the right to withdraw thier consent at any time.

Data Generation, Storage & Transfer
Generative AI Artwork Service
i) All artworks generated using The Service is provided by third party vendor services. The User is solely responsible for AI generated images resulting from using The Service. Please do not use the service to create unsavoury, harmful, or discrimininatory content, moderation services are provided before issuing the final request for your image generation. The Service Provider cares deeply about using AI in a safe way and believe that we all should too. A non-identifiable token is shared with the third party vendors in order to keep track of abusers of The Service.
Firebase Storage & Database
i) Firebase Storage & Database are used to store the AI Generated images and their associated metadata for viewing in the community portal. Please ensure that you are not sharing any information that you would deem secret or personal. If you have done so in error, please contact The Service Provider and best effort action will be taken.
iCloud
i) iCloud Personal Data Storage is used to synchronize your history of generated images. The User is able to delete any images from their history listing.
Analytics & Usage Tracking
Firebase Analytics
i) Firebase Analytics is used to track app usage patterns.
Mixpanel Analytics
Usage tracking of The Service is done through Mixpanel, these are events and usage patterns when The User interacts with The Service using their device. These include but are not limited to the following:
i) Taps & Gestures
ii) Screen Time
iii) Purchases Tracking
iv) Credit Usage Tracking
Purchases & Payments
The Service provides in-app purchases. These services are processed via third party payment processors. Payment card details are not stored by Kurt Jacobs.
In-App Purchases

RevenueCat
All in app purchase data is also processed through RevenueCat and The User's email address is only associated for the purposes of resolving any payment problems.
Sharing your personal data with third parties
The Service Provider shares your personal data only when it is necessary to offer the Service, legally required, or permitted by you. Data that is anonymised is shared with third party vendors that includes but is not limited to OpenAI and StabilityAI.
Children & Minors
The Service does not apply to anyone under the age of 17 ("Children", "Minors") or of the respective jurisdiction's required age limit. Parents are encouraged to contact The Service Provider directly if data is collected from a minor, appropriate action will be taken to remove the account and data.
Changes & Alterations To The Policy
The Policy is subject to change as required and by continuing to use The Service you agree to these terms. The Service Provider will notify you via email or via The Service of any such changes. The Revision number will be updated accordingly. You are advised to review the policy periodically for any changes if usage of The Service continues. Changes are effective as soon as they are published and the revision number is updated.
